Marilyn Popovic
 is a patent paralegal with Brooks Acordia IP Law. Ms. Popovic received her B.S. degree in Management, December 2011, from the Management Department of the College of Business and Economics, California State University Northridge. She also holds two Associate of Arts degrees from Moorpark College, in Ventura County; one specializing in Business Management. Ms. Popovic is a Certified US Patent Paralegal in that capacity for the firm. She has extensive experience in international patent practice and procedure. She is also well known for her competence in US and foreign patent practice with a high level of concentration in Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) practice.

For over twelve years, and under the direction of our attorneys, Ms. Popovic has been and is responsible for US and foreign document preparation and patent application case filings, and docketing. She serves as a contact liaison for our various foreign agents – generally providing paralegal support with regard to US and foreign prosecution matters.
