Christopher Weiss  is a patent attorney for the firm. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, all courts of the State of California, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

After joining the previous firm in 2010, he immediately began proofreading draft patent applications and other patent-related documents, generating and proofing patent drawings, and assisting patent attorneys in responding to Patent Office actions. Mr. Weiss graduated with a B.S., cum laude, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY. He has received his JD degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was a staff member of the Dispute Resolution Law Journal. He has also received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, the number one ranked dispute resolution program in the United States for ten consecutive years.
